Popular reviews. Edward G. Robinson is a District Attorney with a winning record of sending people away. He sends away one too many though, and an innocent man dies in the electric chair (who must have lived and went on to be Dr. "Bones" McCoy of the USS Enterprise). This was almost an anti-capitol punishment film at that point.
