The Lion Hunters is a 1951 American adventure film directed by Ford Beebe and starring Johnny Sheffield, Morris Ankrum, Douglas Kennedy and Ann E. Todd in her final feature film. It was the fifth in the 12-film Bomba, the Jungle Boy series, based on the Bomba series of juvenile adventure books.

The main character Telemakos, King Arthur's half-Ethiopian grandson, is trying to recover from his ordeal as a government spy in the far desert, trying to learn who was breaking the Emperor's plague quarantine.

While tracking the freed lions, native guide Jonas discovers Bomba's tracks and shares the information with lion trapper Forbes and his daughter Jean, who are on their way to meet Martin. Soon after, Bomba comes upon Jean in the jungle and explains that he found a wounded lion cruelly left to die.
