Sep 26, 2021 · On February 14th, 1982, the body of a blonde girl in her late teens was found strangled in a clearing off I40 in Williams, Arizona by a cop looking for a stray tire. The girl was topless but her bra and shirt were found nearby. The belt loops in her jeans had been ripped.
