About Marc Furmie. Born in South African and raised in Sydney, Australia, Marc’s career began soon after graduating from the UNSW College of Fine Arts in Sydney with a slew of shorts, ARIA nominated music videos and public-service announcements under his belt.
As the co-founder and executive producer of Rezistor Films in Los Angeles, Marc is overseeing a slate of films with international writers and directors.

MARC FURMIE. DIRECTOR. Marc Furmie’s professional career began soon after graduating from the UNSW College of Fine Arts in Sydney when he began shooting independent music videos and commercials for charities.
Dec 1, 2014 · Furmie began work on Terminus back in 2009, when he had the idea to take a big-budget epic look at the central conflict and themes at play in the biblical story of Noah’s Arc; themes like redemption and obsession, but to ground them in near-future scenarios and real world relationships.
