Robert North (born 1 June 1945) is an American dancer and choreographer with extensive works in ballet and modern dance. He studied at the Royal Ballet School and the London School of Contemporary Dance.
US dancer, choreographer, and company director. He studied at the Central School of Art in London in 1963 but turned to dance, studying at the Royal Ballet School (1965–7), at the London School of Contemporary Dance (1966), and subsequently with Graham and Cunningham in the US.
Robert North is a director and choreographer. Robert created the choreography and dance story development for The Snowman in 1997. Robert was born in South Carolina and educated in England. He was an art student before studying at The Royal Ballet School.
