Unni Straume (born 2 October 1955) is a Norwegian film director and screenwriter. Her film Drømspel was screened in the Un Certain Regard section at the 1994 Cannes Film Festival.

Unni Straume (født 2. oktober 1955 i Fiksdal) er en norsk filmskaper. Hun gikk ved Volda vidaregåande skule og ble i 1978 uteksaminert fra medialinja ved Høgskulen i Volda med blant andre Erik Løchen (1924–1983) som lærer. Etter en periode med dokumentarfilm fra 1978 til 1989, debuterte hun med spillefilm (1990).
