When a webpage loads, any other files it requests (images, videos, etc), gets loaded with a referer, telling the webserver which page requested it. In this case, xhamster denies the loading of the video if the request doesn't come from their own webpage. Often done to prevent other webpages from embedding your images, videos on their webpages.
May 20, 2014 · Anyway, when I open xhamster, about half of the thumbnails don't load. A lot of the videos don't work either (it says 'video not found'), and none of the pictures load. This happens in chrome and firefox. In chrome, it shows a litle blue picture on the thumbnails and pictures. The site works fine on my tablet though.
Please use our Discord server instead of supporting a company that acts against its users and unpaid moderators. Xhamster doesn't show or play videos on a laptop. Idk what is happening but for the past few days, when I open xHamster on my laptop and click a video it doesn't show me the video. No video player at all.

I am also in America (US), and I do not have an issue downloading that URL. I am not using a VPN, but I am using '--cookies-from-browser chrome' in my config file. I suspect something my be awry with how you are using this:
Jun 19, 2024 · All I could find through the inspector was this: .uxK-CyWpremium-n-overlay. Using Firefox and UBO 1.58.0 with easylist annoyances, ads, etc. EDIT- solved. On my end it’s different I think xhamster deleted all of my videos with “teen” as tag. The only video I have on my account is An asian porn video i uploaded long time ago. Xhamster better do something about this they haven’t said anything in regards to the grey out previews. I check xvideos and they aren’t greyed out.

Hell, you could be intentionally looking for child porn that one time, find it, and watch it, and still be fine. What the government really care about are the people hoarding and distributing the illegal porn.
