Though once some years ago the secure connection sign and padlock didn't appear. I suggest that you monitor your a/c closely for a few weeks and perhaps get Nationwide to change all your details.

We've always used the banking app on our mobile phones and can see all our accounts regardless of who's name they are in.

Apr 18, 2018 · You do need the card reader to register for the first time, not just the memorable data. You can use a card reader from another bank in the mean time before your nationwide one is delivered. You also need the letter containing the pass code, right? RonSwanson Posts: 21Forumite.
Oct 23, 2009 · Nationwide also do telephone banking, last time there was a problem I registered for this just in case I had a problem with the internet anking in the future. Might be worth registering for that Paul incase you get stuck again, you can check transactions (only about 8 though) and you can transfer money which is the bit I really wanted.

We have lost faith with Nationwide's Internet only accounts and have chosen to place a maturing bond with Alliance & Leicester as they are always able to transfer into 'internet only' accounts in the branch.

Feb 13, 2015 · If there are such situations, I hope Nationwide is aware of what is happening and is taking steps to remove its dependence on SSL 3.0. Otherwise, Nationwide might have a number of irate customers who find they cannot log in to Nationwide Internet Banking after the 14 April 2015!
