5 days ago · Enter the "Recovery" Mode by holding the Set Button and applying Power. The Set may light up and you may hear fans. Install ATEM software 7.5.2 and connect only the USB cable to the ATEM. Not the Ethernet. Run the ATEM Setup Utility and apply the software update. The ATEM Television Studio HD should recover from this.
4 days ago · Re: Reset ATEM mini to factory default state. From the ATEM software, chose "Clear Startup state" from the file menu. This resets the operational parameters of the switcher to OOTB, but will doubtfully do anything for the USB connection. Your issue is likely a bad cable, privacy settings, or bad drivers in Windows.
