May 15, 2024 · After a RESET of the Hub 3 ( or any VM Hub ) it will revert to the factory shipping condition, ( if changed) the Hub admin menu password and Wi-Fi password will both revert to the values shown on the label on the base of the Hub. The Hub 3 will also revert to the original software which could be some years old.

May 7, 2024 · many times people reset, they don't do it right. Push and hold reset while its powered on and hold it for at least 7-15 seconds. that should get it back to stock. then you should be able to connect to the netgear_ext and go through setup.
