May 22, 2024 · It's well explained on the support page. one file is to upgrade the firmware of the rcm loader. the other files are just to update the files on the usb flash. and I think sxos doesn't support switch firmware above 11.0.0. for atmosphere it's ok with actual firmware. edit: i don't know for one plus or one B, sorry.
