I purchased a home with a Kwikset 888 Smartcode lock that connects to the Qolysys ADT panel via Z-wave. I am stumped trying to figure out a jam error I keep getting. I get the error even with the door ajar, so it can’t be an alignment issue with the bore hole or deadbolt.
