  2. Permissions are fine, sfc and dism find nothing to fix, I've reinstalled and reregistered calculator many times, I did the reinstall/reregister of all windows apps. It's there, it's installed, I can freely check the app's settings, reset the app, uninstall through windows, visibly view its files, but it won't open.
