  8. My phone just started doing this. I have iPhone 13 Pro Max (17.4.1) on Xfinity with a physical SIM. I’ve read on some other threads that it has to do with having a physical SIM card and you’ll have to call your carrier to transfer to an eSIM. I will call them tomorrow and follow with an update if this resolves the issue.
