BIOGRAPHY. Born in Buffalo, New York, and raised in Santa Cruz, California, guitarist Carmen Grillo fronted several local bands before moving to Los Angeles in pursuit of more creative endeavors. Carmen soon became an in-demand session guitarist and vocalist.
