While this won't help with the BTMail app it will hopefully allow you to log onto your email account and will rule out or in any problem with the email account. 0 Ratings. Reply.

I'd recently read an article and seen that BT no longer offers email addresses to new customers or existing customers that never set up email addresses previously. It said existing email customers are unaffected for now but is this a prelude to BT eventually ceasing email services altogether?

Apr 13, 2023 · Re: Emails will not scroll down and links in emails don’t work. Only switched to BT email app recently as other email apps wouldn’t verify my email acct when abroad and the BT one did. They can be turned off in the settings, Click on your username at the top right then select settings and go to "mail" in the left hand column then general settings untick the box "Show avatar in message list". then click "Save".
