Sep 26, 2022 · I've tried multiple times today on my phone and computer and multiple browsers to register for Executive Club. Has anyone else had similar issues? I'm trying to transfer some points for an upcoming trip and it's pretty irritating that I can't even make an account with them. Disable pop-up blockers.
Nov 21, 2021 · You can try using the app as the official advice above suggests, but in reality, people have been having pretty mixed luck with that. Fortunately, there is a relatively simple workaround that should allow you to access your account (albeit, with limited functionality).
Jun 15, 2023 · If your account is locked, it seems that it will not be unlocked until you speak to British Airways and request it. There is no point in sitting around and waiting because, based on multiple reports from discussions with the call centre, it won’t happen.
