  3. Manchester is a city university so they are very different (as others have already said). As for the nightlife, personally I don't think the nightlife in Leam and Cov is as bad as people suggest. Yes, it's clearly not going to be good as a big city, but, there are a selection of places to choose from and I think it's enough for a student to live with.

  4. Very safe. I work my bar job Friday and Saturday night 7pm - 4am and sometimes I am waiting around at the bus stop until 5am. I work in the Printworks behind the Arndale in the city centre and I feel very safe walking about and getting the night bus so late.

  6. Mar 24, 2021 · Manchester is a really good university but the issue is its size. It is one of the largest universities by student numbers and this would affect the perceived prestige. For the courses that they are good at, they are among the very best. If you are keen on PPE, I would suggest that you also apply to Oxford.

  7. Aug 14, 2015 · In terms of storage it really depends which block your in, in oaklands you get loads, there's a set of drawers, wardrobe and a study table. While in greenwood you will only get a wardrobe and a desk. In terms of space, houldsworth rooms have the most space as it has a bookshelf as well. Posted from TSR Mobile.

Just do prepare some basic questions like why pharmacy, why manchester. Do look through some ethical and situational judgment questions too. trust me, you will be doing great >3. Good luck.

Then go on bus, it will be about 5 minute journey, once you can see 'The uni of manchester' bridge thing then press the stop and get off. carry on straight, its about another 10minute ish walk and you should be there, it will be on your left. Alternatively get a campus map from the unversity place's vistor center.
