Aug 15, 2023 · I found the Toshiba in Device Manager > Uninstall > Restart my computer. Then I plugged it in again and again it showed up in the Device Manager. I don't have the option to "roll back", Update Driver just returns a window that says it's all up-to-date, and I've already tried uninstalling.

Jan 13, 2021 · In my case I have windows 10 20H2 running on HP notebook with i3 7100u 8gb ram and 1tb TOSHIBA MQ01ABD100(that's what device manager shows). the device driver is up to date running properly. It seems that whenever any process starts using hard disk the task manager shows usage of 100% and whole computer slows down until the process completes for example here is windows update installation ...
