What was Pelant's endgame? Just watched the last episode with Pelant but i'm still confused as to what he actually wanted to achieve. I get that he was mad at the FBI and goverment in general, that's why he did the hacking and early murders but later he talks about the Ghost killer and such and writes a 'love letter' to Bones (as the team put it).
