May 17, 2024 · Furthermore, based on tests on my end, when using an IMAP/SMTP account, if the emails are stuck in the Outbox folder, you may have choose: Manually initiate a send/receive operation in Outlook: Opt for the Send/Receive option < Select Send/Receive All Folders / Send All. Sep 14, 2018 · When you see that there is a Shift- key stuck press and release the opposite one. That should change the symptom. Clicking the one that is "stuck" on the OSK may also work. FWIW I have seen the symptom where the OSK thinks it is still pressed but using the other workaround has actually fixed the symptom.
