After research, I used the simple trick to release the collapsed lifter. Truck run fine after that until a month or so ago. It appeared to be the same issue.

Today I replaced it with an A C delco. My parasitic draw with the aftermarket flasher was 90 milliamps, changed it today with a GM flasher and my problem were away.
Feb 13, 2023 · so you are in the 2013 GM trucks the china electrical components are corroded ..so the headlamp low beams are not working then look up the switch headlamps ....also inspect the under the hood of the headlamp connectors/wiring contacts..many forums are corroded of the electrical pins ..
