The prize tasks can go one of two ways - either someone brings something awful and doesn't realise it, like DMC in S10, or they bring in something they know is awful, and milk comedy value out of that. Basically he's always trying to make other comedians break whenever they're out together and he brought this into taskmaster. When he commits to a joke he never lets up.

I've read interviews where Greg says he definitely has a favorite contestant but refuses to say who it is, but judging from his reactions, I'm 95% convinced it's Paul Chowdhry.

Yeh this. He’s not a character comedian, like Morgana or John Kearns. He’s himself on stage and from what Ed Gamble says, he’s absolutely like that in real life (off stage). Most comedians are like that, it’s not a character, it’s just them dialled up to 11. CardinalCreepia.

I’d never heard of him before recently binge watching and my God if he isn’t an absolute genius of subtle, off-beat and hilarious comedy.
