"Gorgeous" is rarely used in reference to a man, but when it is, it is really extravagant praise, even more so than when used in reference to a woman. A gorgeous man is a breathtakingly handsome man. So your best bet here would be "handsome" or "very handsome."

In your sample sentence I would expect to hear/read bitch. That is used in AmE, too, but cunt is much, much, much more offensive. It's the hydrogen bomb of insults to women.

I think it can be an slang of U.S, 'cuz of the most of American Speakers pronunce "Man" (singular) like "Men" and they don't really distinguish the pronunciation between the 2 words.
