The learning process used by LIFT is based on principles that have been used to successfully develop leadership all over the world. LIFT Ireland’s learning process is based on eight key leadership values. Each week, for a total of eight weeks, a certified facilitator guides a roundtable of 4-6 individuals through a specific leadership value.
Schools are a vital component of LIFT Ireland. To create a nation of leaders, we need to show students from an early stage what it takes to be a leader. LIFT Ireland’s leadership learning process is based on eight key leadership values. While partaking in LIFT’s programme, participants are introduced to one value per week, for 8 weeks.

Partners. Together with 23 Founding Partners and many Friends, LIFT Ireland officially launched in May 2018. Together we had a vision to create positive leadership in Ireland and by Ireland, a vision that continues to this day. Since then, our tribe of Partners has grown in numbers and support.
In LIFT, we are leadership experts, psychologists, lawyers, entrepreneurs and service professionals. But above all we are learners who believe in the power of the individual to lift themselves and others.
