Same problem here.nagupdate ako kahapon and then Wala na Yung free shipping and cashback vouchers sa voucher channel.Even Yung previously collected ko nawala din sa my vouchers.
Mar 24, 2024 · I'm trying to log into my Lazada account since I use my number for that account but couldn't recieve a messege for OTP through texts so I tried Viber (the only other option) and I couldn't recieve a call via sms from viber for verification, it seems I still recieve personal texts but apps; atleast Lazada and Viber can't contact me so I can verify.
Hey, I'm experiencing the same issue. The seller handed the item the following day after I placed my order, but it's stuck at the Sort Center for a week. I can't cancel, and Lazada help is useless. Basically, I've been told to wait it out until their system automatically cancels the order.
