Apr 14, 2014 · Do not confuse the use of the verb "to have" with the present perfect "have + past participle" (have done, have been,etc. "I already have/ I have already" can be the answer to a question such as "Can you do the washing?" and the answer is "I have done it already", shortformed to "I already have (done it)". Stable means that whatever you are talking about it calm/consistent/not changing at the exact moment. Steady means it is calm/consistent/not changing for an extended period of time.
