Jun 12, 2024 · Unable to login on BT Email browser. My @btinternet works on my laptop and phone however when I try to login via the BT email browser it never sends the code then locks me out. I have tried the help section but I go around in circles. Has anyone had a similar issue and knows the fix?

Jun 18, 2024 · I'm an old-time user (20yrs+) of BT Mail, not premium. I'm used to viewing my mails on my (Safari) browser, sifting out the rubbish, checking the Spam folder and then downloading the useful stuff to my Mac. Recently, I can't get to the Web page, Safari keeps telling me "Safari can't connect to the server home.bt.com" if I use my old bookmark.

Please contact us for help. I have tried the messaging contact with BT support and after resetting my password multiple times, the issue persists.
