Edit: oh and since you're able to turn the phone on make sure to unmount the SD card in the settings before removing it from the device just to make sure you don't corrupt the files after all this work

  6. Jul 1, 2024 · If it is something different, how do I reboot? My Classic is currently on "software version" 10.3.3.2137 and "OS version" 10.3.3.3216 . Is running the latest autoloader different from (better than) performing a wipe (via Settings/Security.../Security Wipe and entering "blackberry" to confirm the wipe...)? If so, why, in what way?
