Rolf Peter Ingvar Stormare (born Storm, August 27, 1953), better known as Peter Stormare (Swedish: [ˈpěːtɛr ˈstɔ̂rːmarɛ] ⓘ), is a Swedish actor. He played Gaear Grimsrud in the film Fargo (1996) and John Abruzzi in the television series Prison Break (2005–2007).

A Swedish film, stage, voice and television actor as well as a theatrical director, playwright and musician. He is perhaps best known for his roles as John Abruzzi in Prison Break and as Gaear Grimsrud, one of the two kidnappers in Fargo.
You probably recognise Peter Stormare as the “woodchipper guy from Fargo”, as he says in the series. He is of course referring to his role in the film as the terse and brutal Gaear Grimsrud, who chased his fellow henchman Carl Showalter (Steve Buscemi) with an axe and then… well, you know the rest.
