Mar 7, 2020 · It sounds like you ran the PC maker's Factory Recovery because the Windows Reset always reinstalls your present WIndows 10 version. So you'll need to Upgrade again to Windows 10, but since that uses the same media that you'd boot to do the superior Clean install, I'd also consider doing the latter since it is so much better of an install.
