Know Google Account username and password. To restore your data after you reset your phone, you must enter security info. When you enter the info, it shows that you or someone you trust did the reset. Make sure that you know a Google Account on the phone. Open your phone's settings app. Tap Accounts.

Jan 10, 2010 · My suggestion is to unlock it and then sell the phone on kijiji or craigslist or even here in the Market. You will get more for it due the fact it is unlocked and more people will be interested in it. Then use that $ towards a phone with Bell. 10-06-10 02:06 PM.
