When you restore the factory default settings, all personal settings are reset. Follow these instructions to restore the factory default settings. All phone data will be deleted. Data on the SIM card is not deleted. Press the Menu key.

Sep 25, 2023 · First, grab the Z30 autoloader (it's also used for Classic) from here: https://mega.nz/folder/ERomDKaT#YYXwe5p2bUlm_4VW5VfTtw and download it to your PC. Unzip the file, attach your Classic with usb and run the file. This will wipe your Classic to a new state.
