Jun 20, 2020 · I see you have Windows Hello selected for sign in in Accounts > Sign in Options. In order to do this, or to have ANY other sign-in method, you must first have a password. So Windows thinks you have one. On the Windows 10 Sign-in screen there should an option to choose password in place of Hello, usually named "Sign in Options."
If you've forgotten your Windows password and you're on a domain, you should contact your system administrator to reset your password. If you're not on a domain, you can reset your password by using a password reset disk or by using an administrator account.
