Sep 17, 2011 · Open up the Windows Task Manager and kill the following processes (if they're running) BbDevMgr.exe. Rim.DesktopHelper.exe. RIMBBLaunchAgent.exe. RIMDEV~1.EXE. That's ALWAYS worked for me, any time a windows program (PodTrapper Desktop Downloader, BBSak, Tether) says it cannot connect.
