Oct 16, 2013 · It is weird that your problem has persisted through four leaks now. One question I have is, do you restore your data after installing a new OS? If so, that's likely the route of your issues, unfortunately. The new OS install should completely wipe the device of any user-made changes to the software settings. Posted via CB10
