First established in 1997, CityPASS made its debut by simultaneously launching programs for both Seattle and San Francisco, and they have since expanded ticket packages to other cities.
It is a scam! Stay away! The refund policy is a joke! I bought a NYC C3 city pass for 3 attractions for family of 4 and paid $475 CAD for it. We had reservations for all the attractions in advance but due to bad weather one of the attraction i.e. cruise to statue of liberty was cancelled and we didn't get any other time slot for any other day during our stay in NYC which is not our fault.
