Aug 31, 2017 · I have a personal Z30 that I had used for work and need to Factory Reset it to clear it out and start fresh. I reloaded the OS fine, but it apparently has the anti-theft protection on it and wants my BB ID login to continue the setup.
If the display is off, press the Power key to turn it back on. Form the home screen find and select Settings. Then tap Security and choose Security Wipe. Enter the word blackberry in the text field. Tap Wipe Data to intiate the security wipe process. Well done!
