Don’t select a network again, just press the ‘Next’ button. Now this is the point where the ‘Regional Update’ page should appear.

Aug 29, 2017 · In general, the battery charging "lightning bolt" icon goes on for about 1-2 minutes and turns off; the battery indicates 100%. If I then unplug the charger for at least 20 seconds and plug it in again, the battery charging icon turns on and the battery state indicates anywhere from 2% to 87% charged; shows that it is charging for 1-2 minutes ...
Jun 19, 2018 · Try holding both volume keys together for 20 seconds and see if that'll work. If that doesn't work try holding the power button (button on top of phone) for 20 seconds. unfortunately pressing the buttons did not work. I forgot to mention that the phone dropped on the floor. It has no visual marks.
May 17, 2015 · I have not added any apps on, have done the hard reset and went into the device manager and closed everything. Then I did another hard reset. Also, twice this week, the phone just reset on its own. When I tap on the phone it opens with a black screen and says The camera can't be started.
Feb 13, 2016 · Since original BlackBerry Passport Silver chargers are Rs 8000 or so and my charger stopped working I am using another charger which is giving this issue. When phone stops working don't panic. Wait for 2 days it will start giving yellow light if you press power button for some time, 1 min. Then press it longer, 2 minutes and phone will start.
