You'll need to specify additional data from your account: your phone number, alternate email address, or the answer to the security question. If this data in your account is outdated (for example, you don't have access to the phone number), fill in the Restore Access form .
Link your phone number. Only one secure number can be linked to an account. You can change it later if necessary. To add a phone number: Go to the Phone numbers page. Enter the phone number in international format and click Next. Yandex will send you an SMS with the confirmation code. Important.
To use Yandex personal services (Yandex.Mail, Yandex.Disk, and so forth), log in to your account using one of the following methods: Enter your username and password on the service. scan a QR code in the Yandex app; Enable logging in using an SMS and use this method. Create an app password. In the Access to your data section, select App passwords. Under Create an app password, select an app type. Come up with a name for the password. For example, you can use the name of the app you're creating a password for. The password will be shown with this name in the list. Click Next.
