Use the information below to troubleshoot the Clare Video Doorbell. To factory reset the doorbell: 1. Press and hold the Mode button for 15 seconds, or until the device says, “Your device is rebooting”. This factory resets the Clare Video Doorbell. Note: You can only factory reset the doorbell after it has been connected to a Wi-Fi network.
