Mar 23, 2021 · Stay well clear of Adrian Flux, had the misfortune of having to make a fault claim (Not really my fault - attempted theft) with them 3 years ago. Nightmare of an ordeal. Both AF and the underwriter offered zero customer service whatsoever (lies and all sorts of garbage).

For which after they’d taken their admin and cancellation fee I’d still need to pay £380 ish. Oct 10, 2017 · Still didn't get near Aviva with a quote of £275 with £250 volentary and a £250 compulsory excess though. Adrian Flux, the VW R Owners club insurer made a fairly accurate statement though. "On this occassion it looks as if we won't be competitive". They quoted a premium of £950 with a compulsory excess of £750 - after the discount!
Jul 4, 2018 · They paid out for my R in 10 days too, still waiting for my excess and compensation but again they made a horrible experience bearable.
