Michaël R Roskam’s ‘Racer And The Jailbird’ was selected to be Belgiums entry into this year’s Foreign Language Oscar race. It’s the second Oscar submission for Roskam, whose feature debut ‘Bullhead’ was nominated in 2012.
Belgium's official submission to the Best Foreign Language Film category of the 90th Academy Awards. It was the second film by director Michaël R. Roskam and actor Matthias Schoenaerts to be selected by Belgium. The film was chosen to represent the country before it had an official screening.
