Aug 11, 2023 · Stanford, a janitor at the Sky Corps Military Base in Arizona, dreams of becoming a Sky Corps cadet just like his now-deceased father so that he too can bond with a Robo Mech and defend Earth against the dangerous Shargs, crab-like aliens.
Despite his lack of training, Stanford is admitted into the Mech Cadet programme by General Park. Stan's mother Dolly reluctantly allows her son to enter the programme. Along with Frank and Maya, Stanford and the Robo Mechs train under Captain Tanaka.
Ava fits way better with Stanford but that aside, I don't need a love story in the mech serie. I like the designs (there imo way better than in the comics) and battles and struggles the cadets and the other main characters have without a Love story.
Aug 12, 2023 · Stanford is disappointed as all he wants to be is a pilot, but he has to remain content with an engineering internship. Although it will see him work with Ava, he isn’t keen on it. This is because being a Mech Pilot is all he has ever wanted. Until then, he was a janitor along with his mother, Dolly Yu.
