  2. Junior Crehan (born Martin Crehan, 17 January 1908 – 3 August 1998) was an Irish fiddle player who composed a number of tunes that remain popular within the Irish Traditional Music community.

  3. Junior Crehan, a farmer, was born in 1908 at Bonavilla, in the town land of Ballymakea, Mullagh, parish of Kilmurry Ibrickane, Co. Clare. He was the third of ten children born to Martin Crehan – ‘The Master’ and Margaret ‘Baby’ Scanlon.
