Apr 27, 2010 · Domaine Guy Roulot is an old family estate based in Meursault. Managed by Jean-Marc Roulot, it is considered as yielding white Burgundies with exceptionnal purity. Jean-Marc Roulot is also a comedian and he happens to be married to Alix de Montille.
Both his grandfathers were winemakers in Meursault, and Jean-Marc Roulot has always been immersed in the world of wine. But if his DNA led him to undertake a vocational training course in viticulture and oenology in Beaune, he later changed direction to pursue an artistic career.
Roulot has long been a lieu-dit specialist, as Jean-Marc’s father Guy Roulot, both through purchases and through marriage to Geneviève Coche (of Meursault's celebrated Coche family) built up the domaine's number of choice villages parcels, bottling them separately to showcase their singular personalities.

A family estate of 15 hectares, we cultivate and vinify mainly white wines from Meursault. The Roulot family has also owned a still for over 100 years and in addition to wines, we produce fruit brandies, liqueurs, Fine and Marc de Bourgogne.
