There were lots of different ideas on this record. We composed and arranged more as a group this time. It was much more collaborative. We travelled to France and recorded outside of Paris. Feelers. I see the process as simply being able to use words and music to convey a particular mood or a certain inspirational jolt. I’ve never thought of myself as much of a songwriter. Perhaps it’s always been due to the lack of ‘song’ at play.
