Oct 26, 2024 · The village is in the centre of the parish, on a high ridge reaching a level of 600 ft. just north of it, and along which runs a road from Turners Hill to Wych Cross. The station is about ¾ mile east of the village, just north of the tunnel, on the line from Lewes to East Grinstead.
