Oct 17, 2023 · Heinzel Pöls’ investment will raise the capacity of the Pöls pulp mill to 500,000 tpy. Unbleached kraft pulp (UKP) will make up roughly 100,000 tpy of this. UKP is used to produce brown kraft paper which Heinzel plans to produce at the Steyrermühl paper mill near Laakirchen in Austria.
