Tony Trisciani (born April 24, 1973) is an American football coach and former player. He is the head football coach at Elon University in Elon, North Carolina a position he has held since the 2019 season. Before becoming head coach, Trisciani was the defensive coordinator for the Elon Phoenix under head coach Curt Cignetti. [1]

Trisciani has also promoted Dovonte Edwards to defensive coordinator, among other staff changes. Milo Austin will serve as the special teams coordinator and outside linebackers coach at Elon.
